2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged clocks in original packaging. If your clock arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your wall clocks accurate and quiet? Yes! All clocks use reliable quartz movement for accurate timekeeping. Many models feature silent sweep or silent movement (no annoying ticking sound), making them perfect for bedrooms, nurseries, and offices.

7. How do I care for my wall clock?

  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
  • Avoid direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or harsh cleaners.
  • Use only the recommended battery type (usually AA).
  • For wooden clocks, occasional wood polish helps maintain the finish. Specific care instructions are included with each clock.
